A very thorough and complex (2 hours!!) examination and Dr.Ben was incredibly helpful with product choices and cost. Staff were proactive (called me to arrange appointment after receiving primary care physician referral). Would highly recommend Audiology Hearing and Balance for their professionalism and respect.
They treated me with respect and understanding (unlike another hearing aid place in town that treated me the complete opposite). And while I am not happy having to WEAR hearing aids (at only 49 yrs. old), it's a fact of life they make tolerable. :-D
