Mildred was incredibly helpful. Cleaned the excess wax from my ears, then gave me a very through hearing test. First I should say that I've had aids for 6+ years. That was yesterday. Today I went back and bought a new set. I have good insurance that helps, so I ended up with a pair of quality aids. She went above and beyond to get my aids as soon as possible since they don't stock them. I can only say nice things about everyone in this office.
