The office is non responsive. You call and leave a message but no one returns the call. Foolishly I gave them a deposit on new hearing aids. Now I just want my money back.
Dr. Ferrito has been treating me for several years. He’s patient when listening to my concerns and diligently answers all of my questions about hearing and technology. I feel that he puts my needs first and matches the best solution for my needs. I’ve never felt pressured to buy the more expensive solutions with technology that I don’t need. Christina is the nicest, most caring and cheerful lady. She helps schedule follow up appointments very quickly. Shaw
