I had a great experience at my recent appointment with Audiologist, Jessie Lycans and the student that worked with her. It meant so much to have someone that specialized in tinnitus and hearing loss. They carefully went over my hearing test results, educating me and giving me direction and ways to help me with my condition. I would highly recommend Hearing & Balance Specialists for anyone!
Dr. Jones is a super doctor!! Naturally, I didn't like to go because they had to make me dizzy to treat the crystals in my ear. The procedure is not fun and I dreaded it, but the doctors were very caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Jones even called me and gave me a "pep talk" about trying to get healthy once again! Thank you Dr. Jones!!!! If you need help with crystals, that's the place to go!
