It is difficult to contact this office without navigating a snake den taking you in circles and circles of automated misdirection. The staff is very friendly. You would get less expensive hearing aids from other providers. Overall it's no better norcworse than other hearing loss care givers.
It is difficult to contact this office without navigating a snake den taking you in circles and circles of automated misdirection. The staff is very friendly. You would get less expensive hearing aids from other providers. Overall it's no better norcworse than other hearing loss care givers.
They are very lax in how they perform tests. They also prefer the subjective tests over the objective tests. As a parent, you really have to advocate to get them to listen to you. They also think *only* about audiology, and do not consider the whole patient in treatment or appointment times. If your child doesn't get a chance to eat or nap because of an appointment time/travel time, they act as though the child is uncooperative. They become very impatient. Dr. Michaledes has been my surgeon since I was a kid he's Amazing and did amazing work on my ear. The audiologists are all so kind and helpful and Dr. Hopper goes out of her way to fight insurance when they're not cooperating and they always make sure I get Exactly what I want in terms of hearing aids. They're truly incredible I need to send them all edible arrangements
