Booked a full hearing assessment 3weeks ago I arrived half hour early to appointment. 10 min after appointment due I was told I’m booked in for a chat and will have to book another appointment for a hearing assessment Even after the lady that booked the appointment said you are booked in for a full hearing assessment. I will never be back there I’ll find somebody that doesn’t stuff me around. Extremely poor effort on their behalf.
