Staff should be better educated. I have bilateral shoulder injuries as well as knee injuries & three disc herniations compelling me to use a walking frame. There is a huge step to negotiate and the doors are as heavy as lead. The lady on the desk made no effort to help me but was in a seating position when I finally managed to get the heavy as lead door partially ajar - enough to permit a struggling entrance. - I could easily have fallen.
