Came to Hearing Australia in hopes of sorting my bad hearing, told me they couldn’t help me because of my “inconsistent hearing” (duh) AND THEN charged me $100 for no help. Staff were arrogant when they saw I was unhappy with my service. Will not go again.
Worse experience ever rude staff and do not want to help after they make the mistake and then want to charge to fix their wrong doings would not recommend to anyone
Very helpful with the problem I am having with my hearing aid very friendly and takes time to listen
