I was greeted by lovely receptionist Then by the hearing specialist who was just as warm and friendly as the receptionist, I was informed and warmly guided thru the hearing test process I also was informed of my options in hearing aids and alternate ones I could get, Thankyou very much was actually a pleasant experience. I’d highly recommend this service to others
My specialist Antonia was definitely made for this chosen career. Very patient and kind with the utmost professionalism. I walked in a little emotional and within seconds I was relaxed and ready for our consultation. With her help and guidance i even walked out a little excited about the decisions I made. As for the lovely lady at the reception desk. She has the smile and personality that makes everything feel better 💕
