Anything ordered takes excessively long time. The Last part we ordered we waited about 6 weeks, went back in to see how it’s going and they couldn’t find the order- blamed their new ordering system..Complete disregard for the how all this affects quality of life for a person who can’t hear well - girl at desks response was just ‘oops, oh well ‘.. very frustrating. Do not recommend.
