Very disappointed. Having had problems with poor hearing aid moulds for years due to Australia Hearing, Bankstown’s declining quality and substandard materials. The tubes don’t last and the ear moulds don’t fit accurately - resulting in echoes and whistling feedback. The old type of moulds were the best and lasted for many years before needing replacement. They never answer phone calls and messages keep hanging up
Not a place I would recommend if you are bringing in an elderly or vulnerable person. Instead of an apology, we encountered unbridled hostility as a result of the receptionist herself making an error in telling us we could come in at a particular time. Unfortunately we were running 15 minutes late but called in advance, apologising profusely and accurately predicting our timing, and we were told "thank you for letting us know" and it would be ok. Completely satisfied I like always having the same audiologist and when I request for my preferred clinician I have no problem just need to wait until there is an appointment. I have always had prompt attention should my aid need repair. Thank you hearing is so important to one well being.
