The staff was very nice and the audiologist was very informative. It was not high pressure sales tactics he recommended hearing aids that would be $500. And I have decided that I can do over the counter hearing aids for about 10% of that price. Nothing against the staff, they were pleasant and efficient, it is a relaxed environment. And bilingual English and Spanish
Not from the area hard for us to find our problem both employees were very helpful for not being one of their customers seeing were 1600 miles away would recommend them to anybody which I have my sister that we came to visit these employees should be proud they deserve a big THANK YOU
I have been doing business with HA of TX for a few years and I have always had a good experience. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. I recently received my new pair of hearing aids and I am very satisfied and I highly recommend them.
The staff are very nice, and generally on time. But they have not been able to get my wife's Beltone hearing aids adjusted to really help her hearing problems.
