Not sure you actually get a real individual who knows what they are doing. We were told we could go to any Beltone and have hearing aids taken care of This individual was quite frankly a smart ass and and did not fix the issue. We are now waiting until we can get back home to the Beltone store we purchased from Thinking you only get service from the store you actually purchase from. Beltone isn't available anywhere. Just where you purchase.
Very accommodating, fast, and dependable.

Excellent customer service! The staff is super friendly . Specialist is available just one call away. Plus is the only one in Corpus Christi that does home visits. I totally recommend them!
