I highly recommend this practice for anyone and everyone. Our entire family sees Dr. Crovato - from ages 6 to 94. You will not find a better practice for your hearing hearing health needs.
I recently visited the Hearing Associates of Northern Virginia for a routine hearing test. I was promptly greeted upon arrival and introduced to Dr. Crovato. She walked me to the test room and gave me a brief but clear overview of the process in terms I could understand. Great! I LOVED working with Dr. Melissa Yunes. I also changed my appointment several times and they were extremely accommodating.
Remarkable doctors. I could not be more thrilled with their patience and expertise.
Have been going to these folks for about 10 yrs now. They are wonderful! They really go out of their way to make sure you get the appropriate hearing aid (we don't all need the latest bells and whistles!). And they are always ready to answer questions. They are very supportive and kind.
During a recent visit, I learned first hand how effective Dr. Crovato Hayes was. She performed a thorough exam and provided several recommendations for my particular hearing loss. Her sensitivity and professionalism were clear. She did not rush me and responded to every question and even took a walking tour to test devices. Office staff was effective too.
Dr. Sandler was great from start to finish in helping my father gain back his hearing. She was warm, patient, and informative in fitting him with hearing aids. My father is a difficult man, but he was eager to go back and see Dr. Sandler for follow up. I highly recommend her.
