The service was excellent ! The staff was understanding , concerned , friendly and very efficient !Dr. Wilkes was superb. She listens, closely examines and openly shares her findings and recommendations. Can honestly say it was the best medical service I have ever had in the Wire-grass area. If you want top notch service, Hearing Associates of Dothan should be your one and only choice !
My almost 2 year old was referred here by her pediatrician. I had an overall pleasant experience as one can have with a wild 2 year old running around. The staff was very kind and patient with my daughter. She wasn’t typically thrilled about being there having someone touching her ears but Dr. Shumaker was very patient and kind to us and helped the best she could. Also the lobby was very clean, had a calming environment, and had really good coffee.
They have great service and are the only audiologists in the area that does Real Ear Measurements. If you don’t know what that is, look it up before you decide.
From the welcoming gift and personalized note to the last second when I left, probably the most pleasant and informative Doctor's appointment that I have ever attended. Thank you Dr. Robyn Wilkes and Staff!
