Hearing test was comprehensive, professional and very informative. Cleaning was comfortable, easy and appreciative. I have recommended several people and will continue to do so.

Make sure you talk to your insurance first before purchasing hearing aids to see what the coverage is.
I would urge anyone considering this practice to be very cautious about billing and pricing. In my experience, the costs and fees were not clearly explained upfront, and I later discovered charges that had not been discussed prior to services being provided. Patients should insist that all services and hearing devices are submitted through their insurance so the provider must honor the negotiated insurance rates. I highly recommend Hearing Associates in Libertyville, IL. It is refreshing to find a place where the staff is friendly, and the doctors listen to what you have to say. My hearing test was highly efficient, and the results were presented in a way I could easily understand but without the pressure to make a purchase.
