Everyone at Hearing Associates is so professional, kind and competent. It's a pleasure every time I walk in their door.
I had a terrible experience. Staff was unprofessional. Selina Manarik's behavior was childish, giggling most of the time, laughing at me for stating I'm not getting my hearing aids cleaned every 2 years for $65. She told me my hearing aids are icky & dirty-I left humiliated & upset. Dr. Emily Adelman is young, so inexperience, & did terrible job testing me. She gave me long sentences which I couldn't remember. She put my left ear down from the top to middle equal to my right ear - not true. I have no problems with my left ea... read more
The staff is very good and comfortable to work with. Always making sure to address any concerns or physical changes.
I met with Selina and as usual, she meets my needs.
Always great service. Dr Fetscher and Veronica are wonderful. Highly recommended !!
