I took my dad to Hearing Associates after many other attempts to get him secure and easy-to-use hearing aids. This facility is the best. Professional, efficient, an on-time appointment and very understanding staff. Everyone from the receptionist to the audiologists were engaged, friendly & welcoming; additionally, the use and care of new hearing aids were explained to my father in an easy to understand manner, even demonstrated.
