When Davey first arrived at Hearing Associates, he had many speech and language delays. Great service and great value! You get customization and a more thorough diagnosis that a place like Costco can't offer. Locally owned and very professional.
I kept getting ear infections from swimming and Hearing Associates recommended custom fitted earplugs which have been awesome. The staff is courteous and helpful and they all do a great job.
My dad had happy tears in his eyes after our latest experience with the expertise, practicality and compassion of the Hearing Associates team. Front desk staff arranged and rearranged appointment times to get a broken hearing aid repaired over the holidays, Eli did the expert repair and Dr Ybarra squeezed us in between appointments to make sure the ears were clear and good to go. Thanks again from Tom and Kristen!
I have put up with the frustration that goes along a hearing loss for years. Recently, I decided to do something about it. I went to Hearing Associates where Dr Ybarra evaluated my hearing. She took time to show me which ranges I had hearing loss in and then did a great job answering the questions I had. I left feeling that she cared about what was best for me as her patient as opposed to just selling another hearing aid. I highly recommend Hearing Associates. - Randy Ancell
Here is another great thing: Dr Sandi told me my brain would start hearing and identifying sounds it had forgotten about. I'm on a mini road trip with my daughter and my dog 1) I have the back windows open for my dog and I hear the wind! 2) my daughter is not being blasted out said windows because I can hear the radio at #14 NOT #47!!!!!!!
