Ciera is wonderful, she is very patient and want to make sure you feel comfortable with testing or hearing devices. I also like that if she does not know the answer, she will let you know but will do what’s needed to find the answer.
My hearing aid was malfunctioning. Premier Audiology gave me a same day appointment and got everything straightened out for me. I have been going there for several years. The audiologists and staff are top notch.
As always, a great experience. Friendly, professional service by everyone there.
