Had a very positive experience during my appointment this morning
I have been to several audiologists thru the years and this office was the only one, I believe, was truly honest and wanting to hep those with hearing disabilities! Instead of selling and uncharging clients for things they don't need the Doctor was completely honest after looking at my test results! Will be referring and returning!
Very Helpful and professional
They provide excellent customer service, beginning with the first phone call. Dr. Cabrera was very knowledgeable, thorough and supportive throughout the entire visit. Gale was especially helpful as well. I highly recommend them to anyone who is experiencing hearing loss.
