Went to get my ears cleaned of wax and get a baseline done. I also wanted to get my hearing aids checked out to make sure they were working properly. Carolynne did this all quickly and thoroughly and answered any questions I had. This is a great one stop place for hearing care!

I went to get a baseline hearing evaluation done. Carolynnne was very professional and thorough. She explained each step and the results and used state of the art equipment. It was a great experience and I highly recommend going to Hearing Aid Works Audiology.
Very disappointed I waited 2 months to hear from the office if my hearing aides were in!! They never even submitted the order because secretary was on maternity leave and no one did her job totally unprofessional!! Carolyn found nothing wrong with this incompetence!! Carolyn's solution just go somewhere else just cancel the order after I waited 2 months!! How inconsiderate!!!
Hearing aid works helped a good friend of mine. He can now hear what I have to say! Before Gary came to see hearing aid works he would always be in denial of his condition and said things that he thought made sense; which did not make sense at all :) He now hears everything I say and responds in the right manner

I went to hearing aid works because I noticed my hearing was not what it used to be.Carolyn explained to me what was going on,she was very thorough and very professional now I can hear sounds that I been missing for quite some time now.loving every minute of my new hearing aids.
