While visiting family in the area, a long way from home(Columbus, Ohio). I somehow forgot to pack my hearing aid charger. After a frantic search I found the Hearing Station. They were willing to loan me a charger for my stay in California. No worries no deposit just a hand shake and a promise. For anyone looking to get hearing aids, I strongly recommend the Hearing Station. You don’t find that that kind of service just anywhere. A company that values trust and service over a quick $$. Nicest people work here. I am in my mid 50’s. My cousin showed me her hearing aids and I tried them and noticed that my hearing was better. I met with Ellen who is very knowledgeable and honest. I had hearing test and my hearing was not bad enough to get hearing aids. I was glad that Ellen did not try to sell me something that I did not need. I was visiting family recently in Pasadena and I failed to pack my charger for my Starkey hearing aids. I thought about ordering another one from you know where and have it delivered to Pasadena but it was very expensive and would get to me there with only 2 days left on my trip. I was lucky enough to find the friendly people at Hearing Aid Station in Glendale, only a 10 minute drive away. Ellen was amazing….Hearing aid wasn’t working..Walked in and she immediately knew what to do,cleaned and changed the filter and all working perfectly..Saved our trip to Calif…THANK YOU THANK YOU..VERY APPRECIATED
