Ellen is great! She's so patient with her patients, and she goes out of her way to help my dad. I'm so glad we came back to her to her his new hearing aids. It's a little hard to make appointments but leave a message, and they'll call you back.
NOTE: I did *not* obtain my hearing aids here. This review is about *customer service and kindness* based on my calling Hearing Aid Station and talking to Ellen. It was established early on that I wouldn't be obtaining my hearing aids here (insurance-related reasons), but even after she knew that, she spent 15 minutes on the phone with me answering all of my questions. She said that I'd be welcome to call her back if I had any other questions. Now THAT'S customer service!
the office is good the front desk and the doctor are good they help me by repair my mother hearing aid and they do a good job
I showed up to my appointment but no one was in the office. I received a call in the morning to reschedule for the following week. I showed up to my second appointment and no one was in the office again.
