All the folks at HearingLife are super friendly and approachable. When I have had issues with my hearing aids, the service and repair has been done in a timely manner.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. As existing clients, I took my mother to HearingLife of New Milford to replace the lost cushion dome at the end of one hearing aid for my mother. Both instrument specialists Judy and Anthony were very happy to see her again and replaced it at no charge even though the hearing aid was not one they sell!
Judy was very helpful and patient, explaining everything to me.
Anthony is 5 star in every respect - very capable and professional.
