When my mental health was at its worst because tinnitus kept me from sleeping, Dr. Hurley's strategies for dealing with tinnitus not only gave me hope but turned my life around. Every time I meet with her, she goes out of her way to provide compassionate, top-notch care. The office staff is great. Clarity--now Prisma Health Audiology--absolutely deserves five stars!!
She was helpful, professional and pleasant. Went out of her way to solve a problem with my hearing aid. I recommend her to anyone
SUMMARY: Our child was misdiagnosed with hearing loss. If you’re skeptical of a diagnosis, get a second evaluation through another provider. The audiologists are kind, but they appear to be interested in controlling your child’s care, not in involving or educating parents. DETAILS: The Testing Environment: Our child underwent an ABR test at Clarity. For this test it is vital that the child be asleep and the room quiet for the most accurate results. Very very rude will not listen to the parents nore explain there hearing issues so the parent can understand I've lived in several states and have NEVER experienced anything like this with doctors
