The experience was very informative and professional and I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for "Hearing" Help of any kind!!!
I was biked through my insurance for a hearing evaluation. The location is conveniently located. Parking in the rear and on the side. Clean restroom is available as well. Promptly seen and the process was clearly explained. Evaluation is done in about an hour. Bring your hearing aids with you if they aren’t working properly for full exam. It was found my aids were no longer working for me in a range that I could hear. Very pleasant experience.
Charlie is the best; he initially sat with my Mom over an hour for her intake and has been very patient, kind and informative with her adjustment and cleaning. Highly recommend.
Extremely happy with the service Charles provided for my neighbor Sarah Jones. He was Extremely patient and took the time to explain everything to her. His kindness to her was very much appreciated making sure she understood and was comfortable with everything. Her face lite up with happiness when she cld finally hear. We couldn't be anymore happier. Charles is great!!!
