I cannot believe I am hearing things I did not know I was missing! Great advice to stat early; made it easy to get used to wearing them. Wonderful customer service.
I hesitate giving bad reviews on social media, but this time I will. Horrible people skills, horrible empathy skills. Seems like there has not been much of an attempt to learn how to run a business. Remember, your front desk person is the first person your clients see! I would never recommend this office to anyone.
Be careful of a bait and switch. She advertises hearing aids with rebates and then encourages you to purchase the cadillac version because of a better warranty. My father, with mild dementia, was encouraged to buy the more expensive hearing aid because of the 2 year loss warranty (great if you have dementia and forget where you put things). The hearing aid place did not honor the warranty because we did not read the fine print from the manufacturer-beware of what you buy from them.
