THIS BUSINESS IS A DO NOT GO HERE. We had one Phonak hearing aid cleaned here, made appt showed up and paid $50. Went in 6-8 weeks later after ear cleaned by urgent care to have one hearing aid cleaned. We were told they had no record of us. How does that happen? Sent caregiver in again to clean hearing aid. He was rudely told "we tried to help her" but then they refused to do the cleaning. Our caregiver was upset by the way he was treated there.
