I am very pleased with my new hearing aids which are amazing! Tammy has been very helpful in my transition! When I need an appointment, Coleen is so accommodating!
Took my 86 year old father to the Fayetteville office and met with Peter. From beginning to end, the care and service was exceptional. Peter took the time to explain the process to my dad. He was kind and patient. My father said he would never get hearing aids, but we walked out of the office with a trial pair. Now, he has purchased just the right fit for him and our entire family is benefitting. Would give 10 stars! Thank you Peter.
My experience here was great. I came across the business on the internet. What stood out to me, was the "about us" section on their page. Each employee had a small bio written, and it seemed they all cared about their job and clients. So I chose them based on this, and I was glad I did. Dealing with Peter, was awesome. He was very nice, very detailed, knowledgeable but most importantly, you can tell he loves his job. My experience was great, and I recommend going to them HIGHLY to anyone.
They have several convenient locations with excellent hours. They are quick to make appointments for service checks. Repairs are a little slow as they have to send them out of town They do provide a loaner hearing aid while yours is out for service work
