Just received my much needed and updated new hearing aids from the Harlingen office on Stuart Place Rd. Cannot say enough good things about the staff here. Ariel Bravo, the Hearing Instrument Specialist is extremely good. He gave me a comprehensive hearing test and demonstrated how badly my hearing had deteriorated over the previous 5 years. Ariel the Hearing Aid instrumental Specialist is great with elder patients. It was difficult getting my father-in-law to get his ears cleaned and checked. Ariel showed compassion and worked well with him. Hearing about aids worked miraculously for my father-in-law's hearing.
Sleazy salesman replaced my mom. I guess they got the job done by moving on like the new owner wanted. If Wayne was alive he’d agree but he wouldn’t like it.
