The staff was very pleasant and professional. My family and I were seen at our appointment time, so there was no waiting.
I had an appointment with another dental office that had to reschedule due to issues they were having in the office. Would have been my first appointment. I had already heard bad reviews from other family members so I guess it was my fortune to have to locate Dr Heard's office. I was in a lot of pain and needed an extraction. Amazing. Emergency extraction, in-house insurance plan is awesome. The staff was beyond welcoming and Dr. Heard is PHENOMENAL. Thanx you guys . Happy holidays
Very informative and thorough. Dr and staff addressed my every concern. COVID/Social Distance guidelines in place.
Very efficient operation during covid... felt very comfortable. Dr. Heard & staff were great. Would highly recommend.
My son was visiting from out of town and broke a tooth. Dr. Heard was able to fit him into the schedule and saved the day!
