Dr. Heard is one of the most caring and hands on doctors that I have ever had the pleasure of calling mine! If you want a doctor that makes you feel comfortable enough to be honest about your ailments then this is the doctor for you! He is a doctor that if he doesn’t know the solution he doesn’t stop until he researches, plans and comes to a consensus with you and other partnering doctors to get the best possible treatment for you and all with a caring tone but also an honest perspective that is well appreciated! I saw the PA physician's assistant when I went to this office and I enjoyed it there and everybody was very nice and attentive and they made me feel welcome. I will be visiting again and I'll be happy to have them as my primary caregivers since I just moved here 2 months ago.
If you want a doctor office that is reliable, returns calls and cares about you getting the medicine they recommend to you. This is not the location to attend. Can you believe my appointment was three weeks ago and someone were support to contact me back with my blood work results, do a form to get my medication. I had to call them back to ask for my results. They felt I was worrying them. And still no contact I called back several times and were suppose to receive a call back with 24/48 still no call back.
I’ve always been skeptical of healthcare in Albany based on previous experiences, but Dr Heard is amazing! He’s personable, extremely thorough, listens well, and gives great solutions to problems. I would recommend him 1000x.
