I booked the hearing assessment appointment based on one big requirement - it has to be a home visit because my father is in wheelchair and in a nearby long term care. I booked it 2 weeks in advance only to be told 2 days from the appt time that the audiologist does not have the equipment. When I booked the appointment I was very clear that it's urgent.
