Visiting White Rock and had an issue changing a part of my hearing aid. Went in for some help and Brandon was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and professional. Went to the back, figured out the issue, and fully resolved it for me. Gave me the pieces I needed for my hearing aid. Everything took about five minutes and I was so relieved the issue was addressed. Highly recommend and thrilled to have stopped here. Can’t say enough good things about Brandon!
Wonderful experience! Booked a general hearing test with Robin and test was done by Deanna. Very pleasant women! Deanna was friendly, thorough, and professional, explaining everything very clearly along the way. I would highly recommend visiting this HearCanada location.
