Mixed feelings. It's called Hearing Canada but you ship it out to Mexico??!! Three weeks waiting for a very expensive set to come back. Gave a temp set that doesn't work well and squeaks. In hospital and can't hear a thing. If it's called Hear Canada then that's where it should be serviced. Staff is good but the out of country service is not and the name should be changed because it's false advertising because it's certainly not Canada that you're getting the service from that is extremely slow

I’ve had an excellent experience with HearCANADA, Burlington. I purchased my hearing aids there and continue to return for regular hearing tests and device checkups. The entire team is friendly, professional, and always makes appointments comfortable and stress-free. I always get excellent support from Rebecca and others at the reception staff.
