Dr. Judy, Hanna and Kimberly makeup a dream team. Kimberly and Hanna from initial greeting to next appointment are professional, courteous and respectful, never speaking down to me. Very empathetic and caring. Left facility with new set of hearing aids and can now hear the wings of birds flap. Backstory: Left hearing aid wire broke in Lafayette, Indiana. Great service and altimeter answers to all questions
I was pretty anxious walking into my first hearing exam. I thought I was being ridiculous for thinking I was having trouble hearing at 40, but the audiologist, Dr. Judy, put me at ease so quickly, and it turned out I wasn’t imagining things. I needed hearing aids. She walked me through everything I needed to know about my new hearing aids and what to expect. It took some adjusting to, and I did call back once or twice with questions.
