I accompanied my boyfriend to his appointment when we arrived the place was easy to spot and very nice, clean, cozy feeling as soon as it was his turn to go back Cheyenne Glahn greeted us very nice lady, she explained everything that she would do testing, fitting, and placement of devices, after testing she explained everything that he was going through and how what they offer is different from the rest so amazing to finally understand how he hears I highly recommend this place and Cheyenne Glahn!!!! Kokomo Hearing Solutions has treated us so well and puts in an extra effort to solve my grandmothers hearing issues. The staff and all the specialist are very caring and have gone beyond what is expected. The hearing aid specialist, Cheyenne, is excellent at what she does and clearly cares about her patients. The staff and DR Cheyenne were amazing and friendly. I highly recommend them. I am currently looking to fight the VA about my hearing loss and she gave me a lot of informative details about what I need to be pursuing as well as the verbiage. If I do end up needing hearing aids, I will 100% use them.
I made an appointment with Dr. Ryan Leahy last Sept. and I am very happy with my hearing aids. I had tried a couple pairs of the ones that are advertised on TV and that didn't go well. The best thing that I got out of that experience was the confirmation that I did need hearing aids and the ones I had ordered were not for me!!
