Cheyenne is very friendly and interested in my satisfaction with my hearing aids. I have struggled getting accustomed to them and have had some barriers. She has always been able to help and been supportive / encouraging. My main criticism is the availability (only in Kokomo one day every two weeks). When I started this journey it was one day every week. It has hampered my transition to using the devices. Kokomo Hearing Solutions has treated us so well and puts in an extra effort to solve my grandmothers hearing issues. The staff and all the specialist are very caring and have gone beyond what is expected. The hearing aid specialist, Cheyenne, is excellent at what she does and clearly cares about her patients. She replaced my grandmothers hearing aid, which was purchased at another Kokomo hearing facility, with a model that worked much better and she continues to follow up and ensure the hearing aids are always clean and adju... read more
I accompanied my boyfriend to his appointment when we arrived the place was easy to spot and very nice, clean, cozy feeling as soon as it was his turn to go back Cheyenne Glahn greeted us very nice lady, she explained everything that she would do testing, fitting, and placement of devices, after testing she explained everything that he was going through and how what they offer is different from the rest so amazing to finally understand how he hears I highly recommend this place and Cheyenne Glahn!!!! I made an appointment with Dr. Ryan Leahy last Sept. and I am very happy with my hearing aids. I had tried a couple pairs of the ones that are advertised on TV and that didn't go well. The best thing that I got out of that experience was the confirmation that I did need hearing aids and the ones I had ordered were not for me!! The staff and DR Cheyenne were amazing and friendly. I highly recommend them. I am currently looking to fight the VA about my hearing loss and she gave me a lot of informative details about what I need to be pursuing as well as the verbiage. If I do end up needing hearing aids, I will 100% use them.
