The white heavier lady who works on the reception desk should be working elsewhere. At 8am the door was still locked. She cancelled our appointment and didn't email us because supposedly she didn't have our email from the online booking which makes it mandatory to use email. She said she tried calling us, but there was no call record or voicemail. Then she says that maybe the voicemail box was full. It wasn't. Lovely group of people. Very helpful with my tinnitus.
Excellent team of professionals! I have tinnitus (both ears) and minor hearing loss, hearing aids have been extremely helpful especially in treating tinnitus. Recently, I had an issue with one of my hearing aids that was out-of-warranty. It was fixed within 24 hours and the staff were very accommodating in my time of need. I rarely leave reviews, but wanted to acknowledge how exceptional the service has been not only on this occasion, but also over the years. Very unhelpful. Went in for a hearing test and trouble with newly developed tinnitus. They claim to do tinnitus retraining and the only advice I was given was to listen to white noise and a suggestion to purchase expensive maskers. I have emailed them and gotten no response.
I was really impressed. Very knowledgable and friendly staff.
