Lovely group of people. Very helpful with my tinnitus.
Excellent team of professionals! I have tinnitus (both ears) and minor hearing loss, hearing aids have been extremely helpful especially in treating tinnitus. Recently, I had an issue with one of my hearing aids that was out-of-warranty. It was fixed within 24 hours and the staff were very accommodating in my time of need. I rarely leave reviews, but wanted to acknowledge how exceptional the service has been not only on this occasion, but also over the years. Very unhelpful. Went in for a hearing test and trouble with newly developed tinnitus. They claim to do tinnitus retraining and the only advice I was given was to listen to white noise and a suggestion to purchase expensive maskers. I have emailed them and gotten no response.
I was really impressed. Very knowledgable and friendly staff.
Needed a hearing test done for work reasons. They got me in the next day, and I had my test results the day after my test. Everyone was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
