Sean was so great!!! I came in to book an appointment for a concern that I had and he took me in right away. We booked a follow up hearing test, and he was very professional and thorough with administering the test and explaining the results and subsequent recommendations. As someone who works in the trades, I'm constantly being exposed to extremely loud, intermittent noises and my hearing needs to be carefully monitored. Been coming here since the spring. Had to get started with this program and I began back in Feb with talking to Karen on the phone. She took all the time I needed and answered all my questions. Finally after months of waiting for WSIB to get back to them, I got a call and in the office I go. Got my hearing tested before hand though I believe. Ryan is great and can answer all your questions. I can't say enough good things about Sean and the receptionist. I took my 101 year old mother in for a hearing test. Sean did everything possible to provide excellent care. He gave us all the options and because of my mom's mobility he brought the new hearing aids to our home and set everything up for her. I would highly recommend Hear Right for excellent care.
The new owner Sean was very inviting, when I showed up he was with an elderly lady and helped her out to her car, when he came back in he treated me like we have been buddys for years, got me the help I needed in a very timely matter, high recommended hear right Canada!
The new owners are a breath of fresh air! Olivia is so charming and warm.
