Took my mom for her first ever hearing test. For years she has been having difficulty hearing. Sean was so good with my mom. I was very impressed by his professionalism, manner and personality. Never pressured to buy hearing aid or upsale. Oliva is also a delight. Well spoken, great people skills and very efficient. Great experience overall
Shawn makes you feel right at home while he works on any issues you maybe having with your hearing aids. He gave me the best deal on my aids...I looked around and couldn't find a better one
Sean was so great!!! I came in to book an appointment for a concern that I had and he took me in right away. We booked a follow up hearing test, and he was very professional and thorough with administering the test and explaining the results and subsequent recommendations. As someone who works in the trades, I'm constantly being exposed to extremely loud, intermittent noises and my hearing needs to be carefully monitored. Been coming here since the spring. Had to get started with this program and I began back in Feb with talking to Karen on the phone. She took all the time I needed and answered all my questions. Finally after months of waiting for WSIB to get back to them, I got a call and in the office I go. Got my hearing tested before hand though I believe. Ryan is great and can answer all your questions.
