I had the pleasure of visiting this hear right Canada on Des Newman drive in Whitby I was greeted with a very cheerful and helpful receptionist at front desk clearly very happy in her job. I was then treated by Amanda the audiologist who was utterly amazing! I’ve been dealing with Amanda for the past 10 years and the quality of service has been above and beyond each time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
I have had two other hearing aids from different providers. Amanda has been by far the best for service and quality i have dealt with. If you need hearing aids their is no other place to go. Service and quality.
I had a fantastic experience at Hear Right Canada. From the moment I walked in, the service was excellent. Brieanna at the front desk was especially professional and welcoming. She assisted me and other clients efficiently, making sure everything went smoothly. The hearing test itself was thorough, and I left feeling well-informed and confident in the results. I highly recommend Hear Right Canada to anyone in need of a hearing test or related services. Great staff and great experience!
I brought 3 of my girls in today, but only 2 were being tested. Amanda was absolutely phenomenal with the girls. Typically appointments can be stressful, especially when one sibling is being examined and the others are waiting. However, she made every effort to have the girls occupied which allowed me to participate in the tests with my littlest one.
