Both Margarita and Zane are very knowledgeable and courteous. Visits are always appreciated.
The staff and Margarita (the specialist) were absolutely amazing! I had a full hearing test today, the first time at 56 years old, and Margarita explained everything that was going to happen, she was very professional and super friendly made me calm even with my high anxiety! Explained the outcome clearly and what I'm going to expect. Definitely recommend this office!
I'm not sure how I feel about this business. They advertise free ear cleaning to entice you. You book an appointment and show up. They ask for your full name, date of birth, address, and a whole bunch of personal information. Someone then looks in your ears for 2 seconds and say, "Yep your ears are clean." DONE, no cleaning whatsoever. This happened to both my partner and I. No one's ears are entirely free of wax and buildup.
