Have a case of sudden hearing loss and I am glad to have Hear Right doing everything they possibly can! Very informative and compassionate professional from day one!
The level of professionalism and knowledge could not be higher. Dakota takes the time to know not just the science behind your hearing loss, but your all around needs in correcting it. After three appointments so far (including my first day today with Starkey hearing aids) I am left with the feeling that my life from now on is going to get better thanks to the hard work that’s been done at Hear Right Canada in Cole Harbour. I have waited far too long to take this step.
In my opinion anyone needing hearing aids would be well served to go here. Staff are friendly, but most important I was given thorough explanations for everything and a selection of hearing aids. Unlike when you go to one clinic, you must take what they are offering. Any discounts the clinic receives from Manufacturers are passed on to clients at no charge. They offer payment arrangements instead of payment in full. I am extremely pleased and will continue to do business with them.
Careful and friendly service. A lot of businesses could learn from Hear Right about how to treat customers with dignity and respect.
