Ear wax cleaning done by this office gave me an ear infection. Have spoken to two other people who had same thing happen.

Excellent service, and great people to deal with. I went for an hearing test before Christmas and needed to have my ears cleaned first. My second appointment they did the hearing test and as I required hearing aids, they went over everything about the hearing aid that was offered to me. I am telling you professionalism to the max and very knowledgeable explaining everything in depth. I went back for a few adjustment after the initial fitting and I am very happy with my hearing aids. I was called for a free hearing test and found I had one bad ear went for a free trial to try out a hearing aid in the one ear and I asked him up front I don't have much money I'm on a tight budget how much would it cost he told me and I just told him at this time there's no sense going any further so I got a call quite a few months later and asked would I be interested in coming in because we have ways of lowering the cost of the hearing aids through WCB this is what the guy had told me and I told him the same thing I was o... read more
