Great service. Great staff.
Wish I could've experienced all the wonderful things I'm reading, but alas. I got there this morning and was told after a 10 minute wait that the clinician wasn't coming in today. Apparently they tried to contact me. I see 1 missed call yesterday at noon. No follow up call, voicemail or email. In fact, 5 minutes after that missed call, I got an email with forms to be filled out for my appointment. Waste of my time. I'll look elsewhere.
I went to see Harima on New Year’s Eve for a clogged ear wax removal and I was in and out within 30 minutes. I saw 2 doctors at 2 walk-in clinics all they told me to take ear drops which I was already doing and around this time it was impossible for me to find an appointment anywhere. I called Hear Right and she had me come in within an hour and did the job right. I’m so grateful to be hearing properly again.
I have to say Harima is very pleasant to deal with. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Thank you Harima.
My experience with Hear Right Canada is Whitby fir the past 3 years has been phenomenal! I just purchased my second set of Hearing Aid's today. Harima has always gone above and beyond to teach me everything I need to know about my HA's. She always makes me feel so comfortable and listens patiently .The service is so professional . Heather is so welcoming and always accommodates me, even on short notice. I highly recommend this office if you are new to wearing Hearing Aids or a returning customer.
