Great customer service always very helpful
I purchased new hearing aids from Brad, and am very happy with my whole experience. He finds the best hearing solution for you, putting what you need at the forefront. There is no pressure to buy, or to purchase more than you need. He explains things very well. In addition, the friendly and capable office administrator is great, and fully solved an issue for me when I just stopped in one day. This is a wonderful shop. I trust them and would not go anywhere else.
Professional service - exceeds expectations.
Brad took lots of time to get the hearing aids adjusted properly. He showed so much patience at all times. Very personable. Asked lots of background questions to determine what hearing aids to recommend. So far very pleased with the results!
