Very easy to deal with
The office receptionist was very curious to everyone including the phone customers. The hearing tech was fabulous! Treated me with respect, was honest with me about my questions, went above to explain everything about what she was doing and going to do. Also explained about the aids and prices. Nothing but wonderful!!!!
I have interacted with Sandy to schedule appointments and answer questions. She is so pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. She is a great first interaction when walking in an office.

So far so good. Nice people. Accommodating. Nice coffee bar. Hopefully great hearing aids and response to my emails. Nope, no response, changed to 1 star, 5th day waiting for response to email sent Friday morning. Responded immediately to my google review, which was originally 5 stars. Maybe they dont want me? Only there tues wed thurs, my bad thanks for responding. Well, after almost year, not impressed. Had some other health issues and missed a followup. Having big trouble with the ear molds.
