I went here on a whim because it’s in the same plaza as my work & it was the BEST decision. I had been wearing the same aids for 10 years, I wasn’t even wearing the one in my left ear because it had broke. Angela helped me get the help I needed to purchase new hearing aids & was so helpful & kind to me when my original pair broke. If it weren’t for her, I would’ve been lost & without the aids I desperately need to function day to day. I am so so so grateful to her & to the rest of the staff that helped this happen for me. Very easy to deal with
The office receptionist was very curious to everyone including the phone customers. The hearing tech was fabulous! Treated me with respect, was honest with me about my questions, went above to explain everything about what she was doing and going to do. Also explained about the aids and prices. Nothing but wonderful!!!!
