Very easy to deal with
The office receptionist was very curious to everyone including the phone customers. The hearing tech was fabulous! Treated me with respect, was honest with me about my questions, went above to explain everything about what she was doing and going to do. Also explained about the aids and prices. Nothing but wonderful!!!!
I have interacted with Sandy to schedule appointments and answer questions. She is so pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. She is a great first interaction when walking in an office.
