My husband just came home from his appointment there and Elyse was the rudest person he's ever dealt with, extremely short and rude, tried telling him because of his age he should need hearing aides although he's never had an issue. She seemed more about making a sale than anything. Levi on the otherhand was AWESOME very polite and helpful
