I almost didn't find the office parking was okay but depending on how busy the other retail establishments are that could impact parking. The receptionist/office manager was as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. It is not a big waiting area but it is clean and does have plenty of seating based on appts. They don't over book appointments so the wait is not very long. The results were explained and any necessary referrals were made. Already referred someone!
Wow. The lady who took my call had never even heard of my condition and then laughed at me when I asked about treatment. Snobby and unprofessional.
Dr Robert’s provided excellent customer care while going thru all the audiology tests. I really appreciate how everything was explained. 👍👍👍👍👍
