My wife had a hearing test completed 12/09/2025 by Lorrie Roberts. Part of her results report were as follows: "Otoscopy: Clear ear canals, bilaterally." Hearing aids were recommended but my wife decided to pass at that time mainly because of the high-cost Lorrie was charging for high quality products. Dr. Robert's was very knowledgable, compassionate & thorough during her evaluation of my hearing loss & resulting tinnitus. She explained my condition in plain terms & took interest when I explained my work on submarines while in the Navy. She even recommended I discuss obtaining my hearing aids through the VA.
