When I arrived at the office I was quickly buzzed in and met politely by the receptionist and the office was clean and professional. I was quickly able to get seen for my appointment. I was asked several questions to help share my concerns, then given a verbal and tone hearing test. The Dr was professional and knowledgeable. Very efficient and didn't have schedule up a chunk of my day. Thx
Very timely service. If your appointment is at 9. You get seen at 9... No time wasted
If you are a Vet, avoid this Provider at all costs. She should not be allowed to treat Vets! What should have been a routine hearing exam, was made to be an uncomfortable experience. The Provider was condescending, rude, rough when examining the ears and rushed through the exam. Vets deserve better than this.
Yikes. I recently had an exam at *Hear For You Inc.*, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what the name suggests. The staff member conducting the exam was not only rude but also lacked basic customer service skills, making what should have been a professional and supportive process feel frustrating and uncomfortable.
