I give them 2 stairs because they actually are very knowledgeable. They were great until I decided not to purchase hearing aides after trial was completed. After that the receptionist was very cold and extremely rude. I found price was very high compared to other locations for exact some product, even though I was told it wasnt the same. I did some research and found out it was the same.
I had an extremely comfortable and pleasant experience at HearingLife. Everything about my hearing test was explained to me in advance, and instructions were very clear. I appreciated the information and will be back when it's needed in the future.
I woke up and couldn't hear out my right ear and the ladies quickly took me in for examination explaining that it could be an emergency. I was done the whole process in 15 minutes and on time for work. I'm very grateful and will recommend!

The staff is amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. Would strongly recommend this business to anyone in need of a hearing exam or hearing aids.
