Luke at Hear Check in Maroochydore was absolutely fantastic!. My teenage son is autistic and experiences high social anxiety, so I contacted the clinic before our appointment to let them know about his needs. From start to finish, Luke was kind, gentle, patient and incredibly understanding.He created a calm and safe environment where my son felt comfortable having his hearing tested and having his ear moulds mad. A big thank you to Tegan, Ablyanna and Luke for their hard work over many months which has helped towards clearing up my hearing problem. Both Ablyanna and Luke worked quietly and courteously towards boosting a current hearing aid by adding a personally fitted ear piece. Along with the work of SCUH ENT Department with their referral and a wonderful product called Aqua Ear, I can now hear my wife again. I have been deaf in one ear since childhood so having my hearing back is a huge plus in my life. I am forever grateful.
We cannot express how grateful we are to Dr Tegan Keogh and the team at Hear Check in Maroochydore. Raelene’s Cochlear processer broke while we were on holiday, a long way from Melbourne. Dr Keogh went out of her way to assist with a loaner unit while ours got repaired, even reviewing and remapping the settings because she noticed there was opportunity for improvement, all while on her lunch break. It has saved our holiday…..Thank you so very much Tegan.
An excellent clinical experience from start to finish. The clinic is well equipped with current generation testing and fitting technology, and the environment itself was welcoming and professional.
