An excellent clinical experience from start to finish. The clinic is well equipped with current generation testing and fitting technology, and the environment itself was welcoming and professional. When I originally started with Hear Check they were fabulous. Teagan was a pleasure and so thorough. Unfortunately I was then passed off to another person who didn't do what they said they would do. Same thing with the next person. Now I've called twice to order batteries. No batteries received. Everything is so impersonal. Not happy at all. Postscript: since lodging the review Tegan has contacted me and was very concerned. All outstanding matters have been attended to.
Some time ago Sally at reception and Courtney as the Audiologist took good care of my heating needs. When Courtney moved to Perth, Julie very capably took over my file. My details were handed to Luke who has diagnosed further problems and has left no stone unturned in trying to rectify the situation. This is still "Work in Progress" but I can not speak highly enough of the effort, professionalism, courtesy and efficiency that has been shown to me by Luke and the girls at the front desk. Very highly recommended. 5 star plus!!
