Both Norman and OKC Memorial Street office are Empty. No signs no directions or referrals. So sad. I always had outstanding service with polite Attentive care. I had to mark them down... because they are gone. I will miss Lew and Wava.
I’ve been a customer for the past 7+ years but their customer care has gone down hill and they just don’t seem to care. When they couldn’t fix my problem today, he wanted to ahi it to the mfg for repair. As a business professional, being without my hearing for 10-15 days is unacceptable.
