We tried buying land without a realtor as it didn't seem necessary. I was completely proven wrong and really glad we brought her in to help us. Tina knows her stuff, in addition to being kind, caring, understanding, and patient. She worked for us instead of for herself, saving us so much aggravation and making sure the deal went as smooth as can be. She thinks of many things a typical buyer or seller wouldn't think of. I would never do a real estate transaction without Tina again.
