We bought our house in 2019. They were not straightforward about several serious issues that have plagued us since we moved in. They were never helpful when we needed their help. We were first time buyers and regret our decision to buy from them.
Could not be happier with our build with Healy! Dave and Ashley are some of the best, most professional people to deal with. Highly recommend!
Healy Homes is the Best builder in Knoxville Tennessee. The standard finishes in their home are far superior to other builders. You get a personal experience throughout the entire home building process. Our home was built the way we wanted and on time! There were no hidden fees, if we wanted an upgrade we knew what that cost would be before anything was agreed on. Ashley and Dave are so honest and truly care about the finished product. I would recommend Healy Homes to anyone I know building a home in East Tennessee.
Can not say enough wonderful things about the Healy’s and the great people that work with them. They were so helpful and just a pleasure to work with all around. Our house ended up being even more beautiful than expected. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home.
