Update 2/27/25 - While they submitted my office visit to my insurance, they did not submit the blood work. I received an $800 bill from LabCorp and there is no LabCorp submittal in my BCBS. I used the patient portal to message them about it because I didn't feel like talking to India again. They say they'll respond within 2 days. It's been 12. I just sent another message. I was going to update my review that everything was fixed and hopefully there aren't any more issues moving forward, but they didn't even fix the billing i... read more
